Apply for a refund for Oxford's zero emission zone
How, in exceptional circumstances, you may be able to apply for a refund.
Warning
Unless advised otherwise, you should still pay the charge within six days of driving in the zone.
We will not issue a refund for unused entries into the zone you paid for in advance.
You'll have to pay the maximum charge if our vehicle checker cannot verify your vehicle's emissions status when entering the zone.
We may consider refunds where you can provide evidence that your vehicle meets the required emission standards of a lower charge.
